1. The service

AppCheck is provided by Pavey Group (“we”). Registered address:

AppCheck performs automated, deterministic checks on React Native and Expo projects in your browser and produces a report and Ship Score.

2. Free Ship Risk Scan

The free scan shows your Ship Score, verdict, project fingerprint, category counts and one complete finding. It is provided without charge and without an account.

3. Complete AppCheck

Complete AppCheck is a one-time digital audit product priced at €11.99 (including applicable taxes where shown). It unlocks the full report for the project scanned in your current browser session: every detected finding, evidence, remediation, Fix Prompts and a printable report. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Because reports are generated and held only in your browser, the unlocked report remains available in that browser tab until you close it or start a new scan. We recommend using Print / Save as PDF to keep a copy. We cannot recover reports after the tab is closed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing and tax for your purchase are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Refunds

Payments for Complete AppCheck are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms, refund policy and applicable consumer law. AppCheck does not offer an unconditional 14-day refund guarantee. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or contact support@pavey.online for assistance. Any applicable withdrawal-right and consent handling is provided through Paddle’s checkout. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

4. No guarantee

The AppCheck Ship Score measures conformity against AppCheck’s automated launch criteria. It does not guarantee platform approval, security, absence of bugs, or commercial success.

Findings are automated and may contain false positives or miss issues. You remain responsible for reviewing your project, your store submissions and compliance with platform rules. See the disclaimer.

5. Acceptance and acceptable use

By using AppCheck you agree to these terms. Only scan projects you are entitled to inspect. You must not use AppCheck unlawfully or for fraud or spam, infringe others’ intellectual property, or interfere with the service’s security (for example through malware, probing or scraping). We may suspend or refuse access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

6. Ownership and availability

We own AppCheck, including its software, rules, documentation and branding. Your project remains yours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to AppCheck is limited to the amount you paid for Complete AppCheck. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

German law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules of your country of residence that give you additional rights.
